3. Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to request testing of the systems in scope. Testing of systems you do not own or lack written authorization to test is strictly prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform the services.
• You remain responsible for your own security practices, including backups, patching, and employee training.
• You agree not to misuse the Site or use our findings or services to harm any third party.

4. Acceptable Use
